That is my philosophy and life motto.
After having graduated from university majoring in Russian language in Ho Chi Minh City in 1993, I got to work in airlines and insurance companies. In 1999, I started being involved in my husband’s family business of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution in Vietnam market. Founded in 1994 in Vietnam, Richfield is known as one of the largest FMCG distribution companies in Vietnam, covering 64 provinces and cities, with more than 200 agents and nearly 600,000 retail points across the country, distributing wide range of product categories for many brands well loved by Vietnamese consumers. Richfield commence it success by the first to bring the Doublemint brand chewing gum of Wrigley USA to Vietnam 27 years ago.

After years of doing business, I realized that our multifaceted life would be incomplete without a rich and creative cultural aspect that aims at the values of Truthfulness, Goodness and Beauty.
Peony & Iris Art Gallery came into existence to satisfy my love for arts, my aspiration to preserve Vietnam’s cultural heritage and to create a venue for lovers of arts (paintings, fashion, music, literature…) During its operation, Peony & Iris Gallery has proven significant and successful role it plays with prestigious awards, such as: “Vietnamese golden brand”, honoring cultural heritage in major events of annual Ao Dai festival, International Film Festival held in Vietnam, Women’s Summit Global Summit in Poland, Japan… Peony & Iris Gallery has become more and more popular after well-attended art exhibitions by artists renowned both at home and abroad: Le Dai Chuc, Van Duong Thanh, and Ngo Thanh Nhan…
To be grateful for what I have achieved, I have determined to be tough and resilient, accompanying and protecting our employees during this difficult time of COVID 19. Our company decides to cut profits to ensure the welfare of employees. The company continue to pay properly and fully monthly salary and bonus. Besides, we still ensure other benefits for employees like before the pandemic. During Tet, we organize visits to employees who are less fortunate, helping them to have a better and more stable life… We are also very active in charitable and community works that are highly acknowledged and lauded by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Confederation of Labor Union in Nha Be, HCMC Health Department and People’s Committee of Da Nang City… It is always my wish to diffuse positive lifestyle, good things and beauty to employees and community. I am always grateful for what I have received and look forward to sharing more with everyone. Gratitude and kindness, I guess, are essential to the development and growth of a business establishment, to the achievement of social stability and to the contribution to personal and community development. I am always aware of the responsibilities that a business enterprise should bear not only for its employees but also to the community and the country in all circumstances.
