o    Internet, E-Mail, Website and access control;

o    Network Management and Security (incl. back-up, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);

o    Implementation of some Software Applications and Web Site management and its maintenance;

o    ERP Solution (i.e., AX 2012, MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations; Warehouse Management System, TMS; &

o    Other relevant Applications Software (i.e., ability to use Power BI for Functional Reporting requirements.

·       Adhere and ensure strict adherence to internal compliance, risk management and HR policies, as well as, with relevant laws

·       Responsible for the electronic archiving of Richfield Group and its subsidiaries’ documents and communication

·       Responsible for special Projects such as establishment of company intranet, website, implementation of specific applications, etc.

·       Interact with IT vendors and service providers, in cooperation with Finance & Accounting, to procure IT hardware, IT software and equipment and ensure continued operation thereof

·       Manage and supervise IT support staff, as well as, co-work with other IT Manager as well as with relevant Service providers to whom specific responsibilities have been delegated, (e.g., for D365 F&O, WMS, TMS, etc.)

·       Act as Business Systems Analyst for specified Company’s Special Projects

·       Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Group CFO from time to time

·       Knowledge of IT systems/technologies and financial systems/technologies. At least 5-10 years as an IT Manager, preferably in the financial services industry and FMCG related industry

·       Prior or existing knowledge of implementing Microsoft AX 2012 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is of great advantage

·       Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)

·       Good interpersonal skills and ability to work amicably with internal and external customers

·       A Team player and ability to do a presentation with Senior executives/BOD of the company

·       Flexible and ability to work under pressure
