1. Objective:

Develop sales, profit, share at assigned customers. Responsible for Annual Account Business Planning in line with MT channel strategy. Ensure delivery of approved Plan

2. Detail description:

2.1. Develop sales, profit, share at assigned customers

– Negotiate, plan & execute for trading term, JBP at assigned customer. Manager trading term budget

– Plan for quarterly/monthly promotion. Deploy such plan to customer & ensure delivery of monthly sales target within approved budget

– Timely deploy NPD/Innovation/Initiative from Marketing & Trade Marketing team

– Ensure share including, market share, SOS, SOA, SOF at assigned customers

2.2. Manage trade budget at assigned customers

– Manage trade budget, report timely & take prompt action whether budget is over or under

– Propose action to improve/optimized promotion, visibility base on shopper/customer insight

2.3. Field Operation Collaboration

– Closely work with Field Operation team/merchandiser to ensure all plan is executed properly, timely & comply with approved plan

– Daily Update from Operation team (business, competitor, customer) & report daily to line manager

2.4. Others task to be assigned by line manager

3. Requirement:

– Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 year in MT & 2-3 year at KAM position or equivalent

– Food & Beverage, confessionary, FMCGs preferred

– High level Communication, Negotiation

– Data driven & planning skills
