...I. Objective:
Develop sales, profit, share at assigned customers. Responsible for Annual Account Business Planning in line with MT channel strategy. Ensure delivery of approved Plan
II. Detail description:
1. Sales performance following up
1.1. Ensure revenue of all customers;
1.2. Work with field sales team to ensure excellence in in- store activation
1.3. Ensure sales team to execute the most efficient JBP and trade spends
2. Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned channel
2.1. Prepare promotion sell-out volume with attention to market intelligence information
2.2. Prepare input for brand and build incremental sales volume
3. Buyer management
3.1. Negotiate & deal with customers on sales contract & mantainaning and revising matter.
3.2. Build Costomer Business Planning and monthly review.
3.3. Deal with costomer about listing, promtion, pricing and trade activities related.
3.4. Influence customer for any disagreement and problem arising for most advantage of Rich Field benefit.
3.5. Update customer information and it’s profile.
3.6. Monitor & manage budget to ensure customer profit in line with RF profit.
4. Cross function management
4.1. Align with MT Operation team for execution:
4.1.1. Lead scheme proposal and execution
4.1.2. Follow up with POSM production gift sourcing and delivery to stores OTIF
4.1.3. Conduct ROI and post-promotion evaluation
4.2.Align with Marketing team for relevant activities:
4.2.1. Allocate promotion volume to assigned channel / customers in charge
4.2.2. Work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team
4.2.3.In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM / Activation team for production and installation in store
4.3. Align with Finance team for reviewing expenses, debts, customer contract.
4.4. Align with Logistic team for preparing stock relating to promotion plan, opening plan…
4.5. Align with Purchasing for promotion gift…
5. Comply with rules, regulation, core values of RF Group.
III. Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree with above 3 year in MT & 3 – 5 year at MT Planning Manager position or equivalent
– Food & Beverage, confessionary, FMCGs preferred
– CVs & Ecommerce preferred
– High level Communication, Negotiation
– Data driven & planning skills
