Career path: E-Commercial Manager
Report to: Commercial Director
Working day: Monday to Friday
DUTY: Being responsible for supporting to Commercial Director to reflect the company strategy of the E-Commerce business, including development, manage and deployment for different Ecommerce websites and applications.
ROLES: 1. Propose and build website/application strategy/roadmap to meet with company strategy including growth of B2C, B2B and marketplace.
2. Monitor performance and development B2B and B2C website and application; integration with others app inhouse and external platform, setup and optimize our processes
3. Communicate and align with relevant team members, cross-functional partners on the roadmap/plan.
4. Propose and execute actions to onboarding customers, supervise seller, training internal users.
5. Proposing actions to deliver the required customer experiences.
6. Continuously improve customer interface, user experiences by adding new pages/functions/design
7. Ensure the stable of the website/application by work with internal and external stakeholders to correct/fixing all the arising technical issues.
8. Control Budgets and allocate resources among Projects
KEY RESULT AREAS: Planning: – Propose and execute plans to build website/app following company strategy. – Propose and execute actions to onboarding customers
Organization: – Develop and oversee the effective roadmap planning, and execution to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeline of all projects.
REQUIREMENT
– University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, eMarketing or related subjects
– Experience with B2C, B2B eCommerce, marketplace will be a plus. – Content writing and communication skills
– Analytical and Creative thinking – Intermediate in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
