Job Description:

· Collaborate closely with Sales team Rich Field and Principal to ensure trade marketing calendar strategies align with sales objective and revenue target.

· Monitor and evaluate trade MKT programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed.

· Identify and develop necessary POSM and display campaign to increase brand presence and improve customer satisfaction.

· Plan and organize events, activation for Marketing channel (MT, GT, key account, retail….)

· Responsible for the gathering, collecting of competitive information, shopper behaviors, market trend via field sales intelligence to sales/ marketing teams.

· Analyze brand monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel and make recommendations to increase results.

· Support brand activations on site is an additional requirement

· Other assignments directed by Trade MKT Manager.


· Graduated from University in Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration.

· Intermediate English communication

· As least 03 years working in Marketing, Trade MKT of FMCG, client sides and sales field experience as plus.

· Strong communication & presentation skills.

· Proactive, teamwork, highly motivated to work through the team.

· Passionate to work hard in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive and workable under high pressure.
